You’re actually making things harder for yourself.
The body needs time to make adaptations to stress you put onto your body.
Exercise and training is stress that makes you stronger and healthier.
Training becomes easier as you condition your body to handle the stress you put on it
At that point, training becomes more enjoyable and the work you put in begins to yield noticeable physical and mental results
That then, drives you to keep moving forward.
The beginning of starting something new can be frustrating
But starting something you’ve already done over and over again - without result - is even more frustrating
You need to make a commitment and come to the realization that this isn’t going to be easy
You will reach a day where you become addicted to the progress and the results.
Dedication, commitment
You have to be committed to making a change
You will have bad days - plenty of them but.. they will make the good days shine even brighter.
