Skill-focused programs designed to help you master specific movements like muscle-ups, handstands, or hybrid combinations. Each program runs for 4 weeks in a semi-private setting (max 4-6 participants) with progressive, week-by-week training.

How is this different from Discover Calisthenics classes?

  • Specialized Programs follow a structured progression, building on your skills each week. Discover Calisthenics classes are drop-in sessions designed for exploring and learning new bodyweight skills each week in a relaxed setting.​

How often do these programs run?

  • Specialized Programs run periodically throughout the year, with announcements made a few weeks in advance. Follow us on Instagram or join our email list so you don’t miss out when the next one opens.

 

How long is each session?

  • Each session is 60 minutes long.

 

Are these programs suitable for beginners?

  • Some Specialized Programs are designed for beginners, while others focus on refining intermediate or advanced skills. Be sure to check the program details before signing up.

 

What if I miss a session?

  • Because these programs run on a fixed schedule, make-up sessions aren’t guaranteed. However, we’ll do our best to provide you with the training material and guidance you missed.
