What is contortion?

Contortion is a form of physical performance and training that involves extreme flexibility, strength, and control. While it's often seen in circuses or performance art, at its core, contortion is simply the practice of pushing the limits of your body's mobility — often focusing on deep backbends, hip openers, and spine articulation.
