Join our fun, hands-on 60-minute class for beginners and intermediates to explore calisthenics skills in a coach-guided, open, and playful setting

 

Each session follows a themed approach, focusing on a few key skills, like:

🤸‍♂️ Hand Balancing – Learn and play with Headstands, Crow Pose, and Handstands
🧗‍♂️ Pulling Power – Build strength through Chin-Ups, Explosive Pull-Ups, and Bar Muscle-Ups
🎯 Core Strength – Train with Leg Raise Variations, Static Holds, and Dragon Flag Progressions

Front Lever & Planche – Learn progressions and variations that build the foundation for these iconic calisthenics skills
🧘‍♀️ Deep Stretch – Improve flexibility and body awareness through Splits, Bridges, and movement-based mobility work

Train, grow and connect with a thriving calisthenics community that pushes you forward! Calibar Meetups run on the first Saturday or Sunday of each month —date & time confirmed one week prior.
