Deposit Terms for Program Enrollment

1. Deposit Amount & Payment Method

• A deposit of $50 is required to secure a spot in the Muscle Up program.  

• Deposits must be made via e-transfer to calibarfitness@gmail.com

• Include "Muscle Up Program - [Your Full Name]" in the e-transfer message.

2. Non-Refundable Policy

• Deposits are non-refundable unless the program is canceled by Calibar.  

• If the participant withdraws before the program starts, the deposit is forfeited.  

3. Transfer & Credit Policy 

• If unable to attend, the deposit may be transferred to a future program or credited towards other Calibar services (must notify at least 7 days before start date).  

4. Final Payment

• The remaining balance (plus tax) must be paid by Friday, April 4 to confirm full enrollment.

• Failure to pay the balance on time may result in losing the reserved spot.  

5. Spots Are Limited

• Spots are first come, first served and only secured once the deposit is received.
