Program Overview

Registration is CLOSED

Start Date: Sat, Sept 20, 2025

Duration: 12 Weeks (Sept 20 - Dec 6)

Frequency: 1 Session Per Week (Saturdays)

Setting: Semi-Private (4 participants max)​

Pullup Program

Ground Zero - Build the strength and technique to achieve your first pullup.

12:45pm - 1:45pm

Handstand Program

From 0 to 5 Seconds - Unlock your first 5-second handstand hold.

10:00am - 11:00am

12 weeks of training, guidance, and support.

Built at Calibar classes provide a mix of bodyweight exercises to build strength and muscle, while the First Rep Series focuses on one skill at a time with week-by-week progressions to help you accomplish that milestone.
